Disclaimer

Within the purview of the Court of the Law, we side-line the Warranties, Illustrations or Depictions as well as all other situations that relate to the usage of information given on the website. The legitimacy of disclaimer shall not:

Ignore or restrict the reservationcentrellc or Customer to the legal responsibilities in cases of any losses or individual damages;

Cancel & Refund Policy

reservationcentrellc ensures that all booking that concern the Hotels, Pre-paid Car Rentals, Airline Tickets and Vacation Packages become automatically refundable after 24 hours of making the payment. There the cancellations should be triggered on the phone before 24 Hours. All requests with respect to the refunds will be executed only under the provisions of fulfilment of the following conditions:

(A) –The process of Cancellations and Refunds are applied with reservationcentrellc;

(B) – Rules and Regulations under the protocols allow such fare Cancellations and Refunds;

(C) – There are No-Show Bookings (here it is meant that Suppliers/Vendors will not process for any Refunds in case of “No-Show” Bookings);

(D) - reservationcentrellc receives the permission for the “Execution of the Waivers” from respective Suppliers/Vendors for processing all such “Cancellations and Refunds.”

(E) – In usual conditions, the refund process is started between 15 and 20 Days. However, if the refund is initiated through “Check” this may extend over to “25 to 30” Days.

Note: It is recommended to every customer that they should keep the critical travel documentation such as Passport, Visa etc. recent and valid. If any validation or updation is required, then the respective customer should consult the embassy.

Pandemic Event

In the event of pandemic, reservationcentrellc, we strongly endorse on scheduling regular checks of Government CDC and other Federal Websites as doing so will keep you informed on Border Closing as well as the expanse of virulence of the pandemic.

Flight Cancellation and the Process

reservationcentrellc holds absolutely no responsibility in the event where flights are cancelled out of sheer issuance of Government Orders, or “Acts of God” as all such incidents/occurrences are out of our scope. Although, in such events, we can help the customers by arranging flight rescheduling, or maybe if the airline allows (and if the bookings are Non-Refundable), we will provide the credit vouchers. The service fee charged by us will is not refundable.

Suggestion and Caveat

reservationcentrellc make the suggestion that the customer should get through the details of their “Flight Status” by visiting the website of respective “Airlines.” Should there be any initiation of cancellation of package due to either “Acts of God,” or “Changes in Flight Schedules,” or “Execution of the Government Orders,” reservationcentrellc will work out alternate pathways immediately. However, if the “Flight Bookings” cancelled are “Non-Refundable,” reservationcentrellc will generate a “Credit Voucher” in lieu of the cancelled part of the trip. On the contrary, if the “Flight Booking” is “Completely Refundable,” then we (acting as the mediator between the “Vendor(s)” and “Customer”) will work out strategies to initiate complete refund within the stipulated time frame.

Disputes and Redressal of Disputes

reservationcentrellc is wary of the disputes and also initiate the process on regular basis at our end to address the disputes on rational basis. Therefore, it is suggestible to email the details of all Complaints/Grievances/Disputes etc. directly to the “Support Team.”
